1-dail attempt ‘Thank You’ express phone-a-thons. Saying ‘Thank You’ is important in fundraising. And, phone calls are so much more personal than a letter. But, admit it: you sometimes simply run out of time to pick up the phone. This one-dial attempt effort is perfect for saying ‘thank you’ or as a follow-up to a direct mail campaign. With calls made typically in the evening and on weekends, this new express phone-a-thon is a creative way to meet your personal contact objectives. Memberships/Ticket Sales/Naming Opportunity Sales Phone-a-thon – Aimed at individual constituent households, we use a 6-dial attempt strategy to sell bricks or other named items, initiate memberships or sponsorships, or stimulate event ticket sales. Six dial attempts on each record reap up to 80% database penetration rate. These calls are typically made in the evening and on the weekends. Call for pricing.

Initial pledge fulfillment services include:

• Receive your pledge information in a timely manner and in a format that works for you. J. Milito & Associates offers secure, automated uploading of donor pledges right to your accounting system. The transmitted information can be custom formatted to meet your system requirements.
• Within 12-24 hours of taking a pledge over the phone, J. Milito & Associates will mail out the initial pledge fulfillment documents using your remit and carrier envelopes.
• All first class fulfillment postage and UPS is billed back at actual cost. Call for pricing!

Of course, successful and cost-effective phone-a-thons depend on clean,
accurate constituent records. So, we offer other services to help you achieve
your fundraising goals:

• Database list scrubbing using www.listcleanup.com checks existing addresses and phone numbers for accuracy and consistency. This process appends new addresses and phone numbers that are found.
  
  
  • NCOA address append and verification is $4.20 per 1,000 records; or a minimum charge of $250.00.
  • Residential phone verification and append services are $38.50 per 1,000 records or a minimum charge of $300.00.
    
    
• Perforated Calling Sheets are also available from J. Milito & Associates at $45.00 per 1,000 records, with a minimum charge of $125.00. Records are printed on white paper with black ink. All we need from you is your logo in either tif. jpg. or bmp. file format and your data in Excel format. If we create, or make major edits to, your existing Calling Form Template, there is a $125.00 charge.
  
  
• Additional consultation on your annual appeal and phone-a-thon, as well as on-site phone-a-thon training is available and billed at $100.00 per hour plus travel expenses.
