About Juddee:

Juddee Milito has a proven track record of more than 40 years of sales and direct marketing experience in the Real Estate, Retail and Non-Profit Industries.

Ms. Milito’s undergraduate degree is with Grand Valley State University. She majored in Advertising and Public Relations with an emphasis on Sales and Marketing. Ms. Milito, formerly a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate, is now a sought-after speaker and consultant for the fundraising industry. She completed extensive training with the Center on Philanthropy, University of Indiana, the “Leadership Works” division, as well as the Survey Courses with the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). She earned and continues to be re-certified with the prestigious CFRE credential, Certified Fundraising Executive, which is part of the International Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Ms. Milito’s fund development and consulting services company, J. Milito & Associates, Inc., specializes in telephone fundraising for non-profit organizations. She was affiliated with the Grand Rapids Civic Theatre during their $1MM Capital Campaign in 2000 and was their Campaign Manager for the 2007 $2.3MM Advancement Campaign. She was affiliated with the Pilgrim Manor Foundation and completed their $1.5 MM Advancement Campaign. Her specialty is volunteer phone-a-thon training and annual appeal campaign development, as well as integrated direct response fundraising campaigns that are executed at her own Call Center located in Grand Rapids MI. 

With her professional and personable calling team, Ms. Milito has developed and executed 1,030 direct response campaigns grossing more than $17 million dollars for her clients over the last twelve years. During that same time period more than 522 clients have been served which include religious, private and independent secondary schools, higher education, health & human
services, and arts and religiously based organizations in an eight-state region.

Ms. Milito was the founder of Grand Rapids' Progressive Leads Group and was a counselor with the Small Business Assistance Program and Small Business Celebration, Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce. She formerly served as a Chamber Ambassador and was affiliated with the Downtown Grand Rapids Rotary Club and served as President of the Alumni Board of the Catholic Secondary Schools, Grand Rapids and as Grand Valley State University Alumni Board Advisor. Ms. Milito has been affiliated with the West Michigan Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals as Communication Chair, Editor of the chapter newsletter for six years and as the Exhibitor Chair for National Philanthropy Day, the signature event of the West Michigan Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She has also served on the Development Council for the Grand Rapids Catholic Secondary Schools and was a trustee with the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Education Foundation. Currently, Ms. Milito is a board member of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Aquinas College and serves on the Stewardship Committee of St. Anthony of Padua parish in Grand Rapids.   

Ms. Milito actively volunteers as a Major Gift fundraiser for the Grand Rapids Catholic Secondary Schools. Past community fundraising projects included CACHE Auction, National Philanthropy Day, Project Falcon, AFP Mentoring, Grand Valley State University Annual Appeal Telefunding Training, West Michigan Public Broadcasting and the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce.
